A typical project journey is tailored to the site, scope and applicable authority requirements. Each project has its own submission and inspection sequence.

1. Define The Scope

   Establish the site, existing approvals, proposed works and appointed parties.

2. Plan The Submissions

   Identify relevant authorities, utilities and technical interfaces for the package.

3. Coordinate The Design

   Review the required architectural, engineering and fire and life safety information.

4. Manage Applications

   Coordinate building permit, Civil Defence, transport and NOC applications as applicable.

5. Support Site Requirements

   Track applicable work-start, inspection, drawing and modification requirements.

6. Coordinate Closeout

   Support the applicable completion certificate, BCC or legalization process within the agreed scope.

Our role can include architectural and engineering review, building-permit coordination, Civil Defence interfaces, transport and utility NOCs, completion support and AOR where appointed. Existing-building legalization requires a separate review of site conditions and records.

We agree deliverables, responsibilities and authority interfaces at the start of each project. Depending on the project, authority interfaces may include DMT, ADCD, TPD and ADDC.

We Support EPC Contractors And Industrial Project Teams With Building-Related Engineering, Technical Review, Permitting And Infrastructure Interfaces. Our portfolio includes defined ADNOC Gas packages within LPP, ESTIDAMA, MERAM, Habshan and TA’ZIZ project contexts.

Our contribution is described at package level and may include temporary facilities, buildings, technical review, NOCs, stakeholder interfaces and authority approvals. Original process design and overall EPC delivery remain separate responsibilities.
